0045313: Apply button disabled in Missing Information popup after a Birthdate is selected

Description

When a customer have a Missing Information in the profile and the product is checked as Item Declaration the Apply button in Missing Information popup is disabled after a birthdate is selected

Steps To Reproduce

As System Admin Role
Enable 'Edit Web POS Show Customer Birthplace' and 'Web POS Show Customer Birthdate' preferences to Y

As White Valley Group Admin Role
  Set Avalanche Transceiver product Item declartion to Y

Log in VB-1 terminal
  Set Arturo Montoro as customer
  Add Avalanche Transceiver product to the receipt
  In the Item Declaration popup click on Apply button
  After Missing Information popup is shown select a birthdate and check Apply button is disabled
