Let me back to it so we can close it. What you have done (see your email below), looks ok but we see 2 sub-topics here: a.) as it seems you have not fixed that module itself so that vat module is still (probably) not okay and published and still available to download b.) as what you have done is remove it from being mandatory for the Indian localization pack Are those two above assumptions correct? Assuming we understand that correctly b.) help i.e. for Dalmia project not to not have the legal problem. So it already reduces the impact a lot which is nice. But still, please fix the vat module itself or (if it is not needed anymore by anyone) cancel the existing uploaded module versions (we will also need to remove/hide the old versions) Reminder: Cancelling module version makes them no longer available for download Can you please review this topic so we can close it?
