0044667: Upcoming Chrome release does not show the login page

Description

When accessing the webPOS using Chrome version 85 (currently in Beta) the initial process freezes before showing the login page. See steps for details.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Using a recently installed Chrome Beta branch (currently version 85), go to a livebuilds release.
2. The observed result has been as following:
2a. For 20Q1.2 (CS) and 20Q3 (QA), the page freezes while checking the terminal performance, no console error is shown.
2b. For 20Q2 (QAA), an error is shown in the console about Synchronization buffer (see attached screenshot)
2c. For Stable and Devel branches, the login works as expected (no performance check is shown, though)
