Summary

0044218: Ensure that polling has the same message id of message to Synch

DescriptionUsing new SynchronizationBuffer API, everytime we create a Message, the id is generated. In this case, we need to have the same id in the polling messages list and messages to synch, so we need set it at the beginning of the synchronization process, just when the message is added to rhe polling list.
