0043037: There is missing a component called "OB.UI.FormElement"

DescriptionAfter installing the module, org.openbravo.retail.paymentmethodadditionalinfo a javascript error is shown every time the web pos is charged because the object OB.UI.FormElement is defined as a kind of a component, but this object is not defined.
Steps To ReproduceThis error will be reproduced each time the web pos is charged with the module org.openbravo.retail.paymentmethodadditionalinfo
