0043010: [20Q1] [NewSkin] [UX] "Initial balance" and "Current balance" fields of Advanced Filters pop up have multiple issues

Description

The "Inital balance" and "Current balance" fields of Gift Card selector's Advanced Filters popup present multiple usability issues, which include the following:

(1) The header of the fields are never shown, regardless of any of the actions taken.
(2) The field clearing button doesn't appear sometimes when text is written.
(3) The dropdown selectors of the fields appear by the middle of the field once clicked upon. The first time they appear hidden.
(4) The dropdown selectors are moved along as the inputted text size increases, and remains that way regardless of clearing the text, or exiting the popup and opening it
again
(4.1) The dropdown selectors are sometimes set to the place it should be in.

This issue is regression introduced by the skinnable POS project / new skin. None of these behaviours are reproducible in 19Q4

Check the attached screenshot showing how the popup was presented in 19Q4. The headers are more or less correctly shown, and the dropdowns and text are in fixed positions.

Steps To Reproduce

PRECONDITION: the "Gift Cards and Vouchers" module must be installed, and a Gift Card configured with no expiry date in the backend

0. Log in the POS as user "vallblanca"
1. Search the Gift Card created in the template and add it to the ticket
2. Pay it
3. Add some other items to the ticket, and click on the 'total' button
4. Select the "Gift Card" payment method, and click on "Pay Total". A popup titled "Gift Card:<ticket amount>" will appear
5. Click on the "* Advanced Filter" button
6. Observe and reproduce the issues mentioned in the description
