0004295: KBS: Not able to focus on Password icon using keyboard shortcuts

Description

Using the TAB key I cannot focus on the password icon.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Master data management->Security->User
2. Click new and move using the TAB key to the password field. Note you cannot open the password box
