0042770: [20Q1] A ticket can be paid with dollars, in spite of the "USA Cash" payment method showing as disabled

Description

When using a terminal belonging to the Posets store, such as PS-1, which has the "USA Cash" payment method disabled by default, an amount in dollars can be inputted via
the keypad and successfully be paid with in spite of this.

Steps To Reproduce

0. Log in the Web POS using the 'posets' user in the PS-1 terminal
1. Add some items / products to the ticket
2. Click on the "Total" button. The "Cash" payment method appears selected by default with an amount in euros (€) in the "remaining to pay" message that appears in the
information pane. The "USA Cash" button is disabled and not clickable
3. Click on the keypad selection button twice, which will change it's text to represent the following states:
"1,2,3,..": keypad to pay in euros / "Cash" -> "$,$,$,..": keypad to pay in bills and coins with dollars -> "1,2,3,..": keypad to pay in dollars
Notice that the "remaining to pay" message has now changed to dollars
4. Try to add some amount by tapping the buttons on the keypad. Notice that no amount is added to the ticket.
5. Click once more on the keypad selection button; the button now shows "€,€,€,.." to switch back to euros
6. Input an amount to fully pay the ticket in dollars
7. Click on the "Done" button
NOTICE that can the ticket be partially or fully paid in dollars and processed to the backend
