0042486: Exempt Verified Returns not getting correct product tax rate

DescriptionVerified returns of a product with tax rate exempt is not working well. It gets the exempt tax rate with the more recent valid from date, if there are more than one it gets all of them, not the product one. Client has reported it and added a patch to correct this (note that it should also be reviewed, attached here)
Steps To Reproduce* go to Openbravo livebuilds section Retail Stable pgsql backend link (open also webpos link)
* change role to The White Valley Group Admin
* open Tax Rate window. Filter Tax Category column by Exento and Exento Servicios, filter also Sales/Purchase Type column with Sales Tax. Change the Valid from Date of Ventas exentas to 01-01-2001 (in order to have the two sales exempt tax rates valid from the same date).
* go to the webpos, enter with vallblanca user
* Add Car Seats (this is a product with an exempt tax category) to the ticket and pay it
* go to menu, Verified Returns, select the previous ticket made
* note that once added the return line it gets all the exempt taxes (you could also create a new tax category and category rate exempt and it would also appear here see images attached)
