0004223: CF report period filter do not fill in automatically

Description

When trying to show a cash flow report, the period combo box does not fill automatically if only one accounting report exists.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a cash flow report (steps in http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Cash_Flow [^] -> A little example ).

In the last step (watch report) the period filter is empty. If there exists two different accounting reports, when changing from one to another, afterwards the combo box fills in correctly always.
