0042046: Update Product Category By Assortment Background does not work if Enable Remote for Product preference is set to N

DescriptionUpdate Product Category By Assortment Background does not work if Enable Remote for Product preference is set to N
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to Preference window and check 'Enable Remote for Product' preference is set to N
   Go to Process Request window and create a new record for 'Update Product Category By Assortment Background'
   Set it as Run Immediately and schedule it
   Check it finishes with the following error:
      "Remote product preference is not set"
