0041682: The User field in the Task window, also shows the contacts.

DescriptionThe User field in the Task window, also shows the contacts.
Steps To ReproduceBackend:
1.- Go to Task window
2.- Create/Edit a record
3.- In the User/Contact field verify that there are users and contacts.
Proposed SolutionIt should show only users, since it would not be real to assign tasks to contacts.

Fixes issue 41682: The User field in the Task window, also shows the contacts.

Updated the user reference to the OBAWO_User selector to only show the users with
ObawoAllowWhOperations activated
