0041652: If more than one displayed field in a tab have the same sequence number, the fields can be displayed in different order in form

DescriptionIf more than one displayed field in a tab have the same sequence number, the fields can be displayed in a different order in form view
Steps To ReproduceThe fields are shown ordered by their sequence number
The order is made in the compare function of FormFieldComparator
Some fields can have the same sequence number and the exact order cannot be defined
The fields can be included in the same tab by different modules
Proposed SolutionIn case of same sequence number, fix the order by comparing ids.
