0041415: The terminal and cashup ID is not set to the payments when synchronized from external orders

Description

For each payment created in the Web POS, the terminal ID and cashup ID are set. The payments synchronized from external systems are not setting this properties.

Steps To Reproduce

Synchronize a payment using the ExternalOrderLoader.java class.
