0040890: Cancel and replace should review Errors While importing to see if the original ticket has been canceled before

DescriptionNow, if a C&R is in Errors While Importing the user can select the same ticket and execute another C&R replicating a transaction
Steps To Reproduce1.- Create a C&R from a ticket and change its JSON to achieve an Error While Importing's register
2.- Search the same ticket and realize that you are able to cancel it again
