| Summary | 0040003: A date that has manually been introducing in Attribute, accept any format and it tries to convert in date | |||||||||||
| Description | when a date is introducing it manually, the field accepts any number and it tries to convert it in date format but with a complete wrong result | |||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Login to system and go to Physical inventory window 2. Create new header 3. Create attribute with expiry date 4. Assign the attribute to a product 5. Select product with attribute as expiry date and introduce manually any number (doesn't need to be a date) Notice: system takes the date in any format you enter and saves random value (it try to convert to a date). If the data its entered in MM/DD/YYYY or through the calendar, then data populated is correct. | |||||||||||

Test Plan Mantis: As the F&B International Group Admin role: - Enter the Attribute Set window. - Create a new record with the Expiration Date option checked. - Enter the Product Window. - Create a new record and select the previously created Attribute Set. - Enter the Physical Inventory window. - Create a new record. - Go to the lines tab and create a new record. Select the previously created product and the Attribute selector popup will appear. - Enter any value without the proper format for a date. See how the value is accepted and wrongly converted to a date format when opening the popup again. |
