0039160: The order can have the status label to 'Canceled' when is not canceled

Description

When opening an order that is canceled, the label of the order is set to 'Canceled'. If the ticket is deleted and the background ticket was a ticket in draft, the new active ticket maintains the 'Canceled' label, when it shouldn't.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a ticket and do a C&R.

Open the canceled ticket.

Close the canceled ticket -> The new active ticket maintains the canceled label.
