0038082: [RR18Q1] Error shown while logging in using an iPad

Description

The loading screen after the log in shows an exception. The system is not "clean" in the sense it has several modules, there is no way to determine which is the origin of the error.

Steps To Reproduce

Using an iPad, check the message after login as shown in the attached screenshot.
