0037385: Add Booking pop-up wrongly displayed after opening it the first time (using Chrome)

Description

Add Booking pop-up wrongly displayed after opening it the first time (using Chrome browser). The first it is shown correctly, but starting from the second time it seems that the style of the background is not applied correctly (see attached image)

Steps To Reproduce

1) Add the "Resource and Reservations" widget into the workspace
2) Click on the calendar to add a reservation. The first time, the "Add Booking" pop-up is rendered correctly
3) Close the pop-up and open it again. Notice that now is not rendered correctly.

Proposed Solution

Force the layout to appear with the background color in white. See attached patch with the proposed solution.
