0037028: AlertProcess should be refactored

DescriptionA code cleanup and refactor should be done in AlertProcess [1]. There is deprecated code from OB 3.0MP9 and several pieces of code to be improved.

Also AlertProcessData should be reviewed too.

 No details given apart of removing that old MP9 code.
That removal did happen last year so closing as duplicate.
