0003659: Discount Type on Price List Schema shows a non v

DescriptionRelated to bug:
0002706

Description:
When creating default data, the Standard Price List Schema has a not
correct value on Discount Type selector. By default is "**Flat Type" and
should be changed to "Pricelist". It is important because of this value,
the Schema selector on Create Pricelist Version appears empty.

Steps:
1. Using an administrator of a fresh new created Client, go Master Data
Management > Pricing > Price List Schema
2. Open the "Standard" record. The Discount Type has a name begining with
**. The selector does not contain this value, so choosing Pricelist solves
the problem.

Please note that the issue is originated because of an Initial Client Setup misfunction.
