0003639: Not correct order calculating price in Get_Purch

At this moment, the order in which the price is calculated in the
Get_Purchase_Price function is:

* First of all, looks in the last Order
* Secondly, in the last Invoice
* Then, in the Pricelist
* Finally, in the M_PRODUCT_PO table

The right order will be:
* First of all, looks in the last Invoice
* Secondly, in the last Order
* Then, in the Pricelist (as it is now)
* Finally, in the M_PRODUCT_PO table (as it is now)
