Proposed SolutionA new tax category (Categoría de Impuesto) needs to be created named:

IVA Reducido Bienes Inversión

A nex tax rate needs to be created, named "Adquisiciones bienes inversión 10", exactly the same as "Adquisiciones bienes inversión 21% but:
- Tax Category (Grupo Impuesto ) = IVA Reducido Bienes Inversión
- Rate (índice ) = 10
