Summary | 0036145: Preference "Web POS Save Removed Tickets" not working properly with tickets without lines
Description | If you activate that preference and you create a ticket without any line but you make some modifications to it, like change the customer and then you delete the ticket, it is not present in the sales order window.
Steps To Reproduce | 1- Go to "Preference" window in backoffice and set the "Web POS Save Removed Tickets" preference to Y. 2- Log in the POS terminal and create a ticket (Ticket nº1) and change the customer to "Arturo Montoro" for example but do not add any lines to it. 3- Create another ticket (Ticket nº2) and add some lines if you want 4- Back again to ticket nº1 and delete it. 5- Go to "Sales Order" window in backend and check that it is not present there, neither in "Errors while importing POS data" or "Data import entry"

As of now, we consider this a design defect. The "Save Delete Tickets" preference is meant to save relevant tickets, not all of them, and it's primary goal is auditing, not avoiding the generation of holes in the sequence. |
