0000353: AT240alpha - Assiging a password to a new user should be a one-step procedure

DescriptionRight now, if I create a new user and after completing all mandatory fields I try to assign it a password I get a message about saving first.

Proposed solution:
Password is not different from other fields, why cannot be chosen in the same step?
