Summary

0035184: Non incrementing the number of the return ticket if “Return No Prefix” of terminal is defined.

DescriptionIf you define the “Return No Prefix” field in the POS Terminal window and then in POS Terminal you make returns in different tickets, they are created with the same return Ticket number.
Steps To Reproduce1-Go to “POS Terminal” window in backend, select the desired terminal and define the “Return No Prefix”, for example RT.
2 -Go to Web POS, create a new ticket and add a product.
3 - Select the product and click on “return line”. Ticket number is RT/0000001. Don’t finalize the ticket.
4- Create a new ticket and add a product.
5- Delete the line. Ticket number is RT/0000002. Don’t close action.
6- Create a new ticket and add a product.
7- Select the product and click on “return line”. Ticket number is RT/0000002. Don’t finalize the ticket.
8- Create a new ticket and add a product.
9- Select the product and click on “return line”. Ticket number is RT/0000002. Don’t finalize the ticket
