Summary

0034952: [STORE SERVER 2305] ExternalOrderLoader organization validation is too strict

DescriptionIn the ExternalOrderLoader, when trying to create an order from a organization that is not the organization set in OBContext, the validation doesn't let to continue.
Steps To ReproduceCreate an order with the ecommerce web service with an organization that is not the default organization of the user used to authenticate.
Proposed SolutionDo the validation against the users writable organizations.

Fixed issue 34952: [STORE SERVER 2305] ExternalOrderLoader organization
validation is too strict

The validation now is done using all the writable organization of the context,
instead of the default organization.
