0003493: Support the latest version of iReport (iReport 2.0.5 does not work)

DescriptionReports designed within the new iReport 2.0.5 do not work anymore within Openbravo due to certain new elements being structured as tags now and not attributes anymore.

I supposed the Openbravo's Jasper Reports library needs upgrading.
