0034707: Server state background process calls all defined store servers, taking time with many store servers

Description

The server state background process [1] calls all store servers. With many store servers this can be a lengthy process. Especially if only part of them are life.

To check if a server is life we can check if it was registered in symmetric ds, only those need to be checked.

Only query/request the state of servers which are registered in symmetric ds.

(0092417) mtaal (viewer) 2016-12-15 15:20	The request is not easily solveable as the server state background process is defined in mobile.core which can not use symmetric ds specific things. So another solution is to set the mobile servers which are not yet active, to inactive. This also solves the topic.
