0034087: terminals CTST1 / MST1 / LAYVBS-1 should be set as deactivate in sampledata

Description

In the sampledata, the terminals CTST1 / MST1 / LAYVBS-1 are set as active, and they should be deactivate to avoid problems with activation process of the instance

Steps To Reproduce

go to pos terminal window and filter by active records
