0033674: Store Server BP Data Segmentation - Table obstsyn_server_bpartner must sync from Store Server to Central Server

DescriptionEntries in table obstsyn_server_bpartner are not been synchronized from Store Server to Central Server.
Steps To ReproduceEnvironment 1: Store Server (SS) y Central Server (CS) both Online
Steps:
- Create a new business partner from the WebPOS (In Store server).
- Purchase any product and pay the order.
- Check that a new entry has been created in OBSTSYN_SERVER_BPARTNER (SS database).

Environment 2: Store Server (SS) offline y Central Server (CS) Online --> WebPOS Offline
Steps:
- Create a new business partner from the WebPOS (In Store server).
- Purchase any product and pay the order.
- Check that a new entry has been created in OBSTSYN_SERVER_BPARTNER (CS database).
Proposed SolutionMake table obstsyn_server_bpartner synchronizable from Store Server to Central Server.

This issue is no longer reproducible. After this change [1] done in the business partner segmentation, the primary store of a business partner will be stored in the c_bpartner table and not in obstsyn_server_bpartner.
