- In the menu, go to Cash Up
- Insert an amount anc click "Next"
- Select all the payment method and click Next
- In the step 3/4, Select: The amount or "Nothing" or "Total amount of*"
- With the external numeric keypad (Computer), insert an amount (eg "0") and Enter

The error occurs
Proposed SolutionAs far as we select "Nothing" or "Total amount of*", we should not have the right to insert a number via the external numeric keypad (Computer).
