0032978: A message should be shown in the Web POS and other mobile applications if HTTPS is not available

DescriptionCurrently there is no message explaining that the connection the system is using is not secure. This should be explained to users, so that they can take appropriate action.

Fixed issue 32978. Added message to be shown in case of non HTTPS connection. Added API to check that there is an HTTPS connection.
