0032953: [SER QA 1037] Cannot pay a ticket if moving from card to cash

DescriptionCannot pay a ticket if moving from card to cash

Steps to reproduce: (But dev)
- In the webpos, create a ticket
- Try to pay it with the Visa card (with overpayment)
- Change the payment method:
   * Remove the Visa payment
   * Select cash and insert an amount (with overpayment)
- Try to pay it

Error message: "Only cash payment methods are allowed to return change.
"
We should not have this message because we are paying in cash
