0032481: [SERQA 789] Return lines in verified returns cannot be deleted pressing '+'

DescriptionLines created in a verified return cannot be deleted if the quantity is set to '0' This can be reproduced if the return line has quantity '-1', then it is supposed that if pressing '+' the quantity will be '0' so the line has to be deleted.

But this is not happening
Steps To Reproduce* Log in in Web POS
* Select the menu option 'Verified returns' and select an order
* In the dialog select one unit of one line and accept
* Verify the receipt has now one new line with quantity '-1' and a subtitle indicating the original receipt line
* Tap on '+' And verify there is an error message saying the quantity cannot be modified for a return line linked to an original receipt line

This is wrong and the line must be deleted. It is true that a verified return line quantity cannot be modified but the case the quantity reaches zero, like in this case and the line must be deleted.

 The functionality is working as expected
Also changed to minor because there is nothing broken
