0032408: Reservation header associated to a sales order line should be removed when the line is deleted

DescriptionReservation header associated to a sales order line should be removed when the line is deleted
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Set the Enable Stock Reservations preference
   Log out and log in
   Create a sales order for a product with stock
   Click on Manage Reservation and select a line
   Go to Stock Reservation window and check a header and a line have been created
   Go to the Sales Order again
   Click on Manage Reservation and undo the selection
   Go to Stock Reservation window and check the header still remains but without line:
      Reserved Qty: 0
      Released Qty: 0
      Status: Draft
   Reactivate the order
   Try to delete the line and check the following error is raised:
      You cannot delete the sales order line because it has a related Reservation. Delete the Reservation first. See Linked Items.
Proposed SolutionThe reservation header could be deleted when the sales order line is deleted. the foreign key constraint m_reservation_orderline could be ON DELETE CASCADE
