Summary

0032384: If taxes cannot be calculated, the error does not help and show UUIDs.

DescriptionSee the screenshot attached
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a customer, and an address with a country that does not have configured taxes. i.e. Jamaica.
2. Enter in Web POS and create a new receipt, with this new customer.
3. Try to add a product to the receipt and check the error message

Fixes issue 0032384: If taxes cannot be calculated, the error does not help and show UUIDs.
* Improved message for taxes error message.
