0031935: autobom is working wrong with decimals

Description

when an autobom product is sold with a quantity with decimals, the quantity produced by autobom process is wrong

Steps To Reproduce

. in backoffice:
1. as system administrator: activate tab: "Manufacturing" in window "Product"
2. as Openbravo Admin
2.1 create new product:
    name: autobom1.1
    . price list:
       . price list version: the white valley group sales price list
       . price 10

2.2 create new product: autobom1
    bill of material: Y
    auto generate BOM: Y
    . price list:
       . price list version: the white valley group sales price list
       . price 10
    . bill of material:
       . product: product1.1
       . qty: 1
    . manufacturing:
       organization Vall Blanca Store
       Storage bin: VBS/001 0-0-0

2.3 create new inventory to product autobom1.1
  . new inventory:
   org: Vall Blanca Store
   warehouse: Vall Blanca Store Warehouse
   . new line:
     product: autobom1.1
     storage bin: VBS/001 0-0-0
     qty count: 100
   . process inventory count

2.4 add the two autobom products to assortment

2.5 go to POS VBS-1
  . create new receipt:
    line: product autobom1
    qty: 1.5
  . paid it

2.6 go to backend
. in product window:
    product: autobom1
    tab: transactions
      there is one line with qty 1 - production +
      there is one line with qty -1.5 - Customer shipment

so, the stock of autobom1 is -0.5, and it is wrong
