0031582: Add support for printer Wincor TH230+ with HWM trough USB Port

DescriptionIntegrate printer Wincor TH230+ with HWM trough USB Port. http://www.wincor-nixdorf.com/internet/site_DK/EN/Products/Hardware/Retail/Peripherals/Printer/TH230/th230_node.html [^]
Right now it is not supported although it is an ESC/POS printer but there are some customizations on the protocol of the printer such us Barcode and Image handling.

Integrate it with Powered-USB also and add it to the list of usbdevices.
