0031346: Cells should not be combined when running Cash Flow Forecast Report in Excel format

DescriptionExcel format is though for data manipulation and operation so cells should not be combined to be able to operate properly
Steps To Reproduce1. Run Cash Flow Forecast Report setting any filtering criteria to verify that results are obtained
2. Access one of obtained business partner and edit name to increase name's length (for example Alimentos y Supermercados, S.Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa)
3. Run report again in XLS format and realize that cells are combined

 Feature request not accepted as the current behavior is the right one.

Besides, the attached patch doesn't really provide a significant change (decrease the text field width of 2 fields)
