Feature request not accepted as the current behavior is the right one.

The proposed solution removes the isStretchWithOverflow="true" attribute in all the text fields available in the report, and increases the width of some fields.

The consequence of this change is that the text will be truncated to the field width, so we could lose important information.
For example, imagine you have 2 business partner with almost similar name, changing only some letters at the end of the name. With this solution both business partners would look like the same one because that part of the name would have been truncated.

In the PDF format it works that way (truncating the field when overflow). In this case it makes sense because PDF is a static format, i.e. the user can't change the column's length in the file, and it's more clear for the report to have all the rows with the same height.
In Excel we can change the column's width as desired, so that's why we have this behavior of not truncating the text.

If some rows are overlapped, just increase the column's width in Excel.
