0030593: Web POS doesn't work correctly with Chrome 45

DescriptionWeb POS is not rendered correctly in Chrome 45. At least the following visualization problems can be found:

- In the Cashup window, Count cash tab is shown incorrectly, the footer is out of its place
- In the Cashup window, Count phase of the rest of the payment methods is missing the white background
- In the Cashup window, the Post, Print and Close phase is also missing the white background
Steps To Reproduce- Log in the Web POS
- Go to the cash up window, and execute the process. Verify that the steps are not rendered correctly.

Fixed issue 30593. Fixed several issues in Chrome 45:
- In Cashup window, three steps were not being rendered properly, and the background was either black or transparent.
- In Cash management window, there was a similar problem: background was transparent and text was unreadable.

Fixed issue 30595, backport of issue 30593. Fixed several issues in Chrome 45:
- In Cashup window, three steps were not being rendered properly, and the background was either black or transparent.
- In Cash management window, there was a similar problem: background was transparent and text was unreadable.
