Steps To Reproducen/a
Proposed Solution(1) Changes on existing tax rates.

Below existing tax rates need to be changed therefore "Valid From" date changes to 12-07-2015

Prestación servicios nacional 0% -15%R (same applies to its children tax rates)
Prestación servicios nacional 0% - 7%R (same applies to its children tax rates)

(2) Below new tax rates need to be created:

Prestación servicios nacional 21% - 15%R
Prestación servicios nacional 21% - 15%R (+21%)
Prestación servicios nacional 21% - 15%R (-15%) - Withholding Tax rate.

all 3 above relate to:
Tax Category: IVA Normal Servicios
BP Tax Category: Servicios Profesionales Normal
Same setup as: Prestación servicios nacional 21% - 19%R
