0029878: blur from time field detects a change

DescriptionWhen moving the focus out from a time field changes are detected in the record even if there has no been real modification
Steps To Reproduce-Create a new record in Process Request
-Set Time field to Schedule
-Save
-Set focus on Start Time field without modifying current value
-Set focus on any other field
  -> Record is flagged as modified (save button is active and * appears in the tab title)
