0002921: Button Create pricelist overwrite values

DescriptionEnvironment:
Oracle/Postgres

In window Price list, when clicking the button Create price list and if exists products in tab Product prices and if there is no value for field base version (default) (tab price list version) the process put 0 for the prices for those products, so overwrite these values

Steps
=====
1. Go to master data management->Business partner set up->Pricing->Pricelist
2.Click new and save
3. Move to next tab and click new and save. Don't fill the value base version (default)
4. Move to the next tab and select one product and fill the values for the prices
5. Go back to tab price list version and click the button Create price list
6. Check that the process has overwrite the prices putting 0 to them

THIS IS WRONG

Solution
========
There must be a double check on the process associate to this button that whenever you execute it and there is no value for the field base version (defaul) a message should show up saying ("There must be a value for the ... to execute this process")

Fixed in revision 3959. Added validation to check for the existence of a Base Version. This is required to produce a valid price list.

Also remember to update the box Fixed in version as trunk
