0002913: QA-IUI Entering Product on New mode looks like Edit mode

DescriptionSummary:
If I enter Product window, and I cancel the search, I have a New window, but the pencil has no star and the toolbar is like on edition.

When the pencil will have the star, the other is automatic via Javascript, so alostale have to ensure that that windows hace the pencil
