0029054: Inversión de sujeto pasivo nacional become effective in April 1st

DescriptionInversión de sujeto pasivo nacional for sales taxes become effective dates on April 1st.

This new requirement is needed for companies selling to resellers of products like: mobile phones, game consoles, laptops, tablets...

It will be needed to add the taxes to cover this new functionality.

It will be needed to add the taxes to cover this new functionality.
Proposed SolutionA new tax category needs to be created named:

"IVA Normal ISP".

A new BP tax category needs to be created named:

"Revendedores"


Below Sales Tax Rates:

(1) A sales tax named "Entregas no sujetas por ISP", relate to BP Tax Category "Revendedores" with below setup:
Valid from : 01-04-2015
Rate: 0.00%
Tax Category: IVA Normal ISP
Country / Destination Country: Spain
Tax Book: Sales Tax Book
Business Partner Tax Category: Revendedores

(2) A sales tax rate named "Entregas IVA 21% ISP" with same setup as current "Entregas IVA 21%" but Tax Category= IVA Normal ISP.

(3) "Entregas Intracomunitarias (%N=>0%) ISP" with same setup as current "Entregas Intracomunitarias (%N=>0%)" but Tax Category that should be = IVA Normal ISP"


Purchase Tax:

(1) Purchase tax named "Inversión Sujeto Pasivo Nacional 21%" summary
Valid from = 01-04-2015
Tax Category: IVA Normal ISP
Summary Level = Yes
Sales/Purchase Type = Purchase Tax
Country / Destination Country: Spain

Two children:

Go to Tax Category window and check if IVA Normal ISP exists

Go to BP Tax Category window and check if Revendedores exists

Go to Tax Rate and check if the following taxes exists and are configured right:
  Entregas no sujetas por ISP
  Entregas IVA 21% ISP
  Entregas Intracomunitarias (%N=>0%) ISP
  Inversión Sujeto Pasivo Nacional 21% and it's two childrens (Inversión Sujeto Pasivo Nacional 21% (+21%) and Inversión Sujeto Pasivo Nacional 21% (-21%))

Fixed issue 29054: Inversión sujeto pasivo nacional become effective in April

Some changes are necessary to create in April 1st:

A new tax category named IVA normal ISP has been added

A new BP tax category named Revendedores has been added

A new sales tax named Entregas no sujetas por ISP has been added
A new sales tax named Entregas IVA 21% ISP has been added
A new sales tax named Entregas Intracomunitarias (%N=>0%) ISP has been added

A new purchase tax named Inversión Sujeto Pasivo Nacional 21% has been added
This new purchase tax has two children:
Inversión Sujeto Pasivo Nacional 21% (+21%)
Inversión Sujeto Pasivo Nacional 21% (-21%)

A new purchase tax named Adquisiciones Intracomunitarias 21% ISP has been added
This new purchase tax has two children:
Adquisiciones Intracomunitarias 21% (+21%) ISP
Adquisiciones Intracomunitarias 21% (-21%) ISP
