| Summary | 0028002: Document types should be handled in a different way | |||||||
| Description | Currently, document types are considered a parameter in the copy store process. This is going to be changed to the following behavior: - If the document type used in a pos terminal type is accessible by the new organization, it will be reused. - If the document type used in a pos terminal type is not accessible by the new organization (for example, if it belongs to the original organization, and the new one is a sister organization). The best behavior in any case should be the second one if possible, because it will help with performance due to data contention in the Web POS. The document types which will be changed will be: - Document type for orders (including its associated doctype for shipments and invoices) - Document type for returns (including shipments and invoices) - Document type for quotations The parameters for these document types will be removed from the configuration. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Before the change, the parameters for these doctypes were used. Now, the document types are reused or copied depending on how the original ones are defined. | |||||||
