DescriptionException when launching the Project Profitability Report
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Launch the Project Profitability report
Check the following error message is shown in the log
   "org.hibernate.QueryException: Unable to render boolean literal value"

Fixed bug 27939: Exception when launching the Project Profitability Report

Method noConversionToHours in ReportProjectProfitabilityJR class now compares expenseSheet processed property with the literal 'Y' which is the real values of this field in data base instead of true.
Now there is no render boolean value problem when launching Project Profitability report.
