0027858: The Bank.dat generated in remittance should show the fiscal name of BP if it is defined

DescriptionIt currently shows the commercial name of business partners. If the fiscal name is defined, the process should set it
Steps To Reproduce1. Create remittance with type "Cuaderno 58"
2. Add any invoice and process
3. Ensure that referenced business partner has Commercial Name different from Fiscal Name
4. Create Remittance file and realize that "Commercial Name" is used
